1. Refund Policy for Paid Programs
Live Coaching & Workshops
- Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued
- If you are unable to attend, you may request a program transfer to a future session
- You may nominate someone else to attend in your place
Online Courses & Digital Programs
- Due to the digital nature of our programs, all sales are final and non-refundable
- If you face technical issues, email us at skywinxbusiness@gmail.com and we will assist you
Exceptional Cases
- If you have a valid reason for a refund (e.g., duplicate payment), you may request it within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval
2. Cancellation Policy
- If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to join a future event
- If you wish to cancel your participation, email skywinxbusiness@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the event
- We will review rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis
